Job Title: Asset and Facilities Management Director

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for asset and facilities management? Do you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and leading teams to success? We're looking for a talented individual to join our Infrastructure and Facilities Services UK Team as an Asset and Facilities Management Director.

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our asset and facilities management services at Warton and Samlesbury sites. As an Asset and Facilities Management Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of assets are commensurate with business demands, minimizing costs and program implications of service interruptions. You will also lead the Warton Unit Accommodation Team in delivering strategic accommodation, planning, and moves management in line with the Air footprint strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the asset and facilities management services at Warton and Samlesbury sites
  • Ensure asset availability and performance meet business demands
  • Lead the Warton Unit Accommodation Team in delivering strategic accommodation, planning, and moves management
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize costs and program implications of service interruptions
  • Collaborate with Shared Services to ensure safety, uptime, and optimum quality of Warton sites and facilities

Requirements:

  • Strong operational management skills
  • Experience of Health & Safety regulations and best practices
  • Budgetary planning and financial management skills
  • Emergency response and incident management experience
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic planning and project management experience
