Client Services Executive

Clients at CMC Markets expect a high level of service, and we are looking for a Client Services Executive who can deliver this. As a member of our Client Management team, you will handle inquiries from clients about various investments, including CFDs, spread betting, and shares.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in one or more European languages (Italian). We provide full training to equip you with the necessary skills to navigate our award-winning platform effectively for clients.
This role involves working a hybrid schedule, with three days spent in the office and two days working from home. The available shifts are:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm
- Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Monday to Thursday (work from home): 11am - 8pm
- Monday to Thursday (work from home): 1:30pm - 9:30pm
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 per annum, based on the requirements and expectations of the job description.
