This is a fantastic opportunity to join Protocol Education Ltd and work with a Newbury-based SEND school as a Primary/SEN Teacher. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering academic support to students aged 6-19 years with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, leading classes, and assessing student progress. To excel in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of child development, experience teaching pupils with SEND, and excellent communication skills.

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £41,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. We also provide ongoing professional development opportunities, including Team Teach training and Cover Supervisor certification, as well as a refer-a-friend scheme rewarding successful referrals with £50 per candidate.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also contribute to the school's community by participating in events, sharing best practices, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
