About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation and Onboarding Lead to join our team at Janus Henderson Investors. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading client transitions activities from start to finish.

As an Implementation and Onboarding Lead, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client onboarding processes. Your primary focus will be on managing multiple events simultaneously, including complex non-standard events. You will also construct and document accurate end-to-end event runbooks, applying strong communication skills and risk management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full end-to-end implementation of JHI Client and Fund activity such as launches/closures/restructures/in-species/change of custody/mergers
  • Proactively project manage the implementation and perform accurate set up instructing and oversight
  • Coordinate the review & finalization of legals i.e., IMA, Investment Guidelines
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously including non-standard complex events
  • Construct and document accurate end-to-end event runbooks
  • Apply strong communication skill and risk management
