Join Our Team as a Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Service Manager to lead our new family outreach service in Glenrothes. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing this brand new service, working closely with Social Work, teachers, and multi-disciplinary teams to provide responsive support to young people at risk and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and develop the family outreach service
  • Act as a positive role model for colleagues and children alike
  • Enable the team to achieve positive outcomes for children and families
  • Collaborate with community resources and establish relationships
  • Work from the main office and visit community settings and family homes
  • Implement new procedures and routines in the service
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children and young people in a management or senior position
  • Flexibility in working hours and patterns
  • Driving licence and own car are essential
  • Passion and dedication to supporting young people in crisis
