Job Information

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Service Technician to join our team at Vox Network Consultants. As a Regulatory Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving processes, protocols, and practices within the Building Control service.

About the Role
  • Maintain and improve processes, protocols, and practices within the service to ensure best practice.
  • Prepare and coordinate events, including exhibitions, workshops, and the procurement of marketing materials.
Requirements
  • Hold the LABC Level 3 Certificate in Technical Support for Public Service Building Standards (essential).
  • Have an understanding of the Building Regulations and other associated Legislation (desirable).
  • Aware of key performance indicators set by the Local Authority and the Building Safety Regulator.
  • Experience with Acolaid or other IDOX based computer systems.
  • Experience of issuing legal documentation as required.
Contract Details

This is an initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. PAYE via Umbrella.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
