Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing statutory tests and inspections to ensure the availability of baggage handling systems and associated equipment. This includes:

  • Managing day-to-day operation and maintenance procedures
  • Performing electrical fault-finding, including replacement and configuration of field devices
  • Proactive testing, inspection, and maintenance of equipment to identify continuous improvements
  • Frequent documentation within our CMMS system (Maximo) and adherence to company legislative Health & Safety regulations and policies

Skill Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Technician / Electrical Test Engineer with a background in electrical or controls engineering. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, combined with professional usage of MS Office
  • A full driving license and willingness to work in shifts
  • C&G/NVQ level 3 or City and Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualifications
  • C&G 2391/2394 and 2395 certifications in Inspection and Testing
  • C&G BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
  • C&G 2377 certification in In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
