Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our team in Whitehaven, Cumbria.

This is a days role with a 40-hour week and ongoing contract. As the Workshop Controller, you will report directly to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee workshop operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage daily workflow and allocate tasks to team members.
  • Maintain high standards of vehicle servicing and repair.
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols and procedures.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
