Sales Territory Representative

The Workshop seeks a highly skilled Field Sales Advisor to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to work as a Field Sales Account Representative, responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and driving sales growth through effective product placement and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and drive sales growth.
- Work closely with customers to identify opportunities for new product placement and promotions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of stock.
- Conduct regular 4-6 week visit cycles to change products, restock, and promote new offerings, fostering strong relationships with customers and driving loyalty.
- A minimum of [£35,000 - £40,000] annual salary, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a company van, mobile phone, and fuel card.
- A strong track record of sales success, preferably in a field sales or account management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a dynamic team.
