Automotive Centre Manager

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Centre Manager to join our team at Protyre Penrith. As the Assistant Center Director, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of company business objectives through effective management and coordination of the Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate centre operations to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Lead a team of technicians and provide support in the workshop as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and promote centre standards.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient centre operations.
- Promote centre services and offer solutions to customers.
Requirements:
- A technical or mechanical background, including experience in car technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness to maximize business opportunities.
- Full UK driving licence.
