Job Description
Vistry Group is seeking an experienced Road Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the North East Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and timely adoption of completed estate roads, sewers, pumping stations, and public open spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineers to develop technical agreements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption processes
- Ensure that all adopted infrastructure meets the required standards

Salary and Benefits
- The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
