Road Maintenance Specialist

Vistry North East Midlands is seeking a skilled Adoptions Manager to lead our infrastructure adoption team. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing the adoption process of completed estate roads, sewers, and public open spaces.
In this role, you will work closely with our Engineers to develop technical agreements that ensure seamless handovers of infrastructure assets to local authorities. Your expertise will play a crucial part in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
