About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adoptions Manager to join our team at Vistry North East Midlands, based in Enderby. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for the timely and cost-efficient adoption of completed estate roads, sewers, pumping stations, and public open spaces.

In this role, you will work closely with our Engineers to develop technical agreements that ensure seamless handovers of infrastructure assets to local authorities. Your expertise will play a crucial part in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the adoption process of completed infrastructure assets, including estate roads, sewers, and public open spaces.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, ensuring smooth handovers of infrastructure assets.
  • Collaborate with Engineers to create technical agreements that meet project requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve potential issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of infrastructure adoption processes and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
