Job Description
As a Women's Specialist Trainer Caseworker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one holistic support for women leaving prison, leading the delivery of Assured Peer Advice courses, and creating a safe and trusting environment using trauma-informed practice. You will assess client needs, create support plans, and match clients to placements while maintaining and updating all records required. This is a fixed-term contract until March 2026, working full-time (35 hours per week) in Leeds with some regional travel required.

What We're Looking For
- Experience of supporting women facing disadvantage and ability to support people with multiple and complex needs
- Understanding of the criminal justice system in the UK and barriers faced by women with multiple complex needs
- Maths and English GCSE A-C or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, verbal and written
