We are delighted to be working with a long-term client to recruit a Customer Services Advisor on a permanent full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation as they continue to grow and expand their services.

Job Description:

The Customer Services Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Communicate with customers to gather information and provide updates on the status of their requests.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  4. Monitor and manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  5. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their requests and issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

This role will involve working on a 4 days on, 4 days off basis, with 12 hour shifts. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
