Young Person Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver services to young people in accordance with the company's aims and objectives.
- Provide exceptional care, guidance, and support to young people, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Record keeping and administration as required, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Maintain constant vigilance on health and safety matters, ensuring a safe environment for all.
- Complete mandatory and regulatory training as required, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- A full UK manual driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
- A minimum age of 21 due to the needs of the young people.
- Experience working in health and social care would be advantageous, but not essential.
