Asset Management Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Loan Asset Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of bilateral UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans, credit risk management, and re-underwriting transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and report on CRE asset management and loan asset management strategies involving performing and non-performing loans.
- Provide advice and recommendations to the Lender credit function on watch-listed and non-performing loans.
- Conduct risk assessments of individual loans, underlying collateral, and Borrower to determine risk ratings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Review finance documents prior to loan closing and throughout the loan term.
- Liaise with borrowers, Facility Agents, and their representatives to ensure accurate reporting and information.
- Collaborate with project monitors, borrowers, and lenders on drawdowns.
- Proven experience in loan management, with knowledge of the European commercial real estate finance sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with intermediate to advanced Excel abilities.
- Experience managing a team is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
