Benefits Administration Team Lead

We are partnering with a leading wealth management firm to find an experienced Group Risk and Healthcare Insurance Specialist to manage and develop their corporate client administration team. The ideal candidate will live local to Bristol and have a strong understanding of FCA regulations.
This role offers a competitive salary of £42,500 + Bonus, private healthcare, pension, up to 30 days leave, flexible benefits, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. You will work closely with the company's offices across the country, leveraging your expertise in corporate benefits administration to drive business growth.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Experience in corporate benefits administration, particularly in group risk and healthcare insurance.
- Background in financial services, team management, and compliance.
- Progress toward a Level 4 Financial Planning qualification (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Intelligent Office (desirable).
