Job Overview

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a dynamic leader to manage and develop their corporate client administration team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate benefits administration, particularly in group risk and healthcare insurance, as well as a background in financial services, team management, and compliance.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,500, plus bonus, private healthcare, pension, up to 30 days leave, flexible benefits, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the administration team.
  • Maintain operational excellence and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Drive process improvements and oversee accurate client and financial administration.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, advisers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Progress toward a Level 4 Financial Planning qualification (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Intelligent Office (desirable).
