Employee Benefits Admin Team Lead Position

IDEX Consulting Ltd is currently seeking a seasoned corporate benefits administrator to assume a leadership role in our client administration team.

We require a candidate with extensive experience in corporate benefits administration, specifically in group risk and healthcare insurance, along with a strong foundation in financial services, team management, and compliance.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package including a base salary of £42,500 plus bonus, comprehensive private healthcare, generous pension scheme, and a range of flexible benefits.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and motivate the administration team to drive business growth.
  • Guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain exceptional client service standards.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Broaden and deepen partnerships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certified Financial Planner designation (highly valued).
  • Experience with CRM software, particularly Intelligent Office (a plus).
