Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at East Cambridgeshire District Council.
Located in Ely, CB7 4EE, this full-time position comes with a salary of £44,711 to £48,710 per annum, plus benefits. The working pattern is Monday to Thursday (8:45 am - 5:00 pm) and Friday (8:45 am - 4:30 pm).

The successful candidate will support the development of our new Local Plan, producing and monitoring an Infrastructure Delivery Plan to identify infrastructure requirements across the district. They will lead and project manage specific infrastructure projects, assist with climate change and environment-related projects, and manage the affordable housing programme in East Cambridgeshire.
To be considered for this role, you should have a degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline or at least 3-5 years' experience in project management and/or programme management on infrastructure and/or regeneration projects. You should also have experience in handling consultation on infrastructure and/or regeneration projects and coordination and preparation of business plans and funding bids.
You will need excellent partnership working, influencing, and facilitation skills, including political awareness. A positive team player who wants to deliver for the council and our communities, you should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
