Infrastructure Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team at East Cambridgeshire District Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing transport initiatives and community infrastructure projects identified in the Local Plan.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline or at least 3-5 years' experience in project management and/or programme management, we would like to hear from you.
Job Description:
The Infrastructure Development Manager will work closely with the Council's stakeholders to deliver sustainable and economically driven services that benefit residents, stakeholders, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the Local Plan
- Project managing specific infrastructure projects and delivery of climate change and environment-related infrastructure projects within East Cambridgeshire
- Managing the affordable housing programme in East Cambridgeshire, supporting Community Led Development initiatives where appropriate, and maintaining performance measures
