Senior Fire Engineer, TPM - EMEA Region

ENGINEERINGUK is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer to join our team as Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), leading design, facility, and engineering activities within our Fulfillment Network across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This role will be based in Luxembourg with occasional travel. Reporting directly to the Global Realty Engineering Manager in Luxembourg, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and cross-functionally managing fire protection engineering programs aimed at optimizing and enhancing the safety and efficiency of both existing and new facilities.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Fire Protection Engineer to lead our EMEA region's fire protection design initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive project and program management experience, practical knowledge of fire protection engineering, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment while partnering with multiple stakeholders to implement cost-saving processes and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead fire protection design initiatives across the EMEA region, tracking key metrics and performance.
  • Function as consulting SME to stakeholders, building business cases, and market improvements.
  • Work across the industry to understand trends and develop scalable technologies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in technical product or program management.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • Experience in software development.
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
