Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts and Administration Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure timely payments for Accounts Payable.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, follow up on outstanding accounts, and collections for Accounts Receivable.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare accruals and prepayments.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and receivable.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of Xero software is also essential.
