Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their experience is memorable and enjoyable. This will involve working closely with the Food and Beverage team to deliver high-quality service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and personalized welcome.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and personalized welcome, responding to their needs and preferences.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Food and Beverage role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all guests receive a memorable experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
