Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at London Marriott Hotel County Hall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every meal is a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare the restaurant breakfast area for service, ensuring that all necessary items are in place.
  2. Develop and maintain menu knowledge, using suggestive and up-selling techniques to recommend and promote menu items.
  3. Serve food and drinks in a consistent manner, adhering to standard presentation guidelines.
  4. Follow the clearing procedure to ensure all areas are cleared after each shift.
Requirements
  1. A warm and welcoming demeanor, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  2. A team-player attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  3. A safety-first approach, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  4. Positive outlook and dependability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

This role requires the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, as well as the ability to reach overhead and below your knees. Prior to employment, you will be required to complete safety training and certification.
