We are seeking a dedicated and committed support worker to join our team in Cheshunt, supporting adults with learning disabilities and associated health needs.

As a support worker, you will provide physical support for day-to-day living, personal care, washing, dressing, and general household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and money management. This will involve monitoring, reporting, and recording health conditions/well-being, working with professionals, and providing emotional support and companionship.

Key responsibilities include acting as a key worker, advocating for wants and wishes, ensuring safety, respect, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of professionals and develop your skills in this field.

A computer literate individual is required for logging daily reports, with in-house training provided. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and service users.
