Female Support Worker Cheshunt

We are seeking a dedicated support worker to join our team in Cheshunt, providing physical support for adults with learning disabilities and associated health needs.
The people we support are at the heart of everything we do – they are wonderful individuals deserving respect, dignity, and choice.
As a support worker, you will provide assistance with day-to-day living, personal care, washing, dressing, and general household duties such as cooking, cleaning, and money management.
You will also monitor, report, and record health conditions/well-being, work with professionals, and provide emotional support and companionship.
Key responsibilities include acting as a key worker, advocating for wants and wishes, and ensuring safety, respect, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained.
A computer literate candidate is required for logging daily reports, with in-house training provided.
