Role Description

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. As a Personal Care Support Worker, you will work in a full or part-time role, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals
  • Help individuals develop and maintain skills and interests
  • Ensure individuals' physical and emotional needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and any concerns raised

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures

Salary and Working Hours

The salary for this role is £75 per hour, with the option to work 24-40+ hours per week. This is a competitive rate, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
