About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring Personal Care Support Worker to join our team at Blossomhcg. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encourage individuals to engage in social activities, hobbies, and interests
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the needs of each individual
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and any concerns raised
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Salary and Working Hours

The salary for this role is £75 per hour, with the option to work 24-40+ hours per week. This is a competitive rate, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
