About the Role

  • Support individuals to live independently and safely in their own homes.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication as required.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances.
  • Assist with managing medication, including ordering and administering medication as required.
  • Monitor and report any changes in service user's condition or well-being.
  • Participate in on-going training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.43 on weekdays and £15.50 on weekends.
  • Paid mileage at 40p per mile.
