Salary:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our young residents. Your primary responsibilities will include providing emotional support, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and encouraging positive behavior change.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a full UK driving licence, a willingness to learn and develop your skills, and a passion for working with young people. A Level 3 qualification in childcare or youth work is desirable but not essential.
