A successful HVAC Engineer is required to carry out all aspects of boiler and gas maintenance, including installation, commissioning, fault finding, and service and repair of gas and oil heating systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance and building services roles, holding a valid F Gas Cat 1 qualification.

The Role

This role involves working with a portfolio of retail and healthcare sites across Cardiff and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking routine maintenance tasks, such as servicing and repairing gas and oil heating systems;
  • Carrying out installations and commissioning work, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed;
  • Fault finding and resolving issues with heating systems;
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of [£46,073] per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, and a company van and fuel card;
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a facilities maintenance or building services context;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently;
