We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Assistant Chef to join our dedicated Kitchen Team at Bupa. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering varied and nutritional menus in line with the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. They will also be expected to train and manage the kitchen team in prepping, cooking, and serving food, while adhering to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents
  • Train and manage the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • Cater for special events and seasonal activities, such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays
