Job Title: Engagement Manager

Head Resourcing is partnering with a business change consultancy to find an experienced Engagement Manager/Senior Project Manager for their Scotland office.

This is a hybrid role, with three days spent on-site with clients and two days working from home. The successful candidate will drive culture changes to improve collaboration among teams and with customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a history of delivering projects, preferably from a consultancy background, with experience working with clients in the construction or utilities industry. They will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure successful delivery with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects with a focus on continuously delivering value to customers
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure successful delivery with clients
  • Travel for projects in the UK and Ireland
  • Present to large groups in an engaging manner
  • Hold a formal project management qualification

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £95,000
  • A hybrid working arrangement with three days on-site and two days from home
