About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and resourceful Independent Living Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support individuals with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.">
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A desire to support individuals with learning disabilities.">
  • An empathetic and caring nature.">
  • At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting.">
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.">
  • The right to work in the UK.">
  • A full UK driving license.">
