About the Role

This is a flexible, part-time position that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will work closely with our clients to create personalized support plans, which may include assistance with household tasks, shopping, diet/food preparation, personal care, and personal hygiene.

  • We provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
  • You will be reimbursed for work-related travel expenses at a rate of 45p per mile.
  • Paid premium payments are available for sleep-in and wake-in shifts.
  • Our competitive salary package includes 24 days' Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays, and a Pension Scheme.
  • Additionally, you will have access to the Cycle to Work Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, and a Wellbeing Hub.
  • A free DBS check is also included, courtesy of Mirus.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £22,000, based on national averages and local market rates.
