Job Title: Care Assistant for Adults with Learning Disabilities
">About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced care assistant to provide support to adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting. As a care assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to lead independent lives and achieve their goals.

- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation">
- Encourage independence and participation in activities">
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans">
- Maintain accurate records of individual's progress and well-being">
Requirements:

- Experience working in social care or healthcare">
- Knowledge of adult safeguarding and mental health policies">
- Ability to work flexibly and autonomously">
- Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one">
- Right to work in the UK">
