Learning Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Newport. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing therapeutic care and support to adults with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs
- Assisting residents through a care pathway to promote independence
- Monitoring patient conditions and maintaining accurate records
- At least 6 months of experience working in social care
- A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- The right to work in the UK
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
- Flexible shift patterns and agency work available
