About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Coventry Building Society. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Service Lead, you will be responsible for providing strategic expertise to ensure the effective management of our Infrastructure.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in Windows Server administration, with experience in designing and implementing secure and efficient infrastructure solutions. You will also have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic expertise to ensure the effective management of our Infrastructure
  • Assist in maintaining our systems to the highest standards of security and efficiency
  • Develop and implement infrastructure solutions to support business growth and objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of Infrastructure Engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions

Requirements

  • Strong background in Windows Server administration
  • Experience in designing and implementing secure and efficient infrastructure solutions
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
