About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Coventry Building Society. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our infrastructure, including our Windows Server environment and mission-critical applications.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for providing strategic expertise to ensure the security, efficiency, and scalability of our infrastructure. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement standards and governance, troubleshoot production issues, and document and build new systems.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Exchange Server. You should also have excellent troubleshooting skills and experience working within an ITIL environment.

Desirable skills include PowerShell scripting, knowledge of Globalscape EFT, M365/Exchange Online, Citrix, SCCM, and server patching. Experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure is also a plus.
