We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Sunnyborough, a residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to empower vulnerable adults to become more independent
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a support plan that meets the individual needs of our service users
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support
  • Support service users to engage in their hobbies and interests in the community
