We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Orthopaedic Virtual Fracture Clinic team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to utilise your orthopaedic knowledge and skills to provide safe, effective, and efficient care for our Virtual Fracture and General Orthopaedic Clinic patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • As a Virtual Fracture Clinic Nurse, you will be empowered to improve patient pathways of care utilising digital platforms, working within nurse-led clinics alongside orthopaedic surgeons, and providing support to face-to-face care where necessary.
  • You will work closely with the department manager and multi-disciplinary team members to monitor and maintain policies, standards of nursing care, and staff development, as well as undertaking audit and presenting data findings at departmental meetings.

  • Registered Nurse (hold valid PIN)
  • Ability to practice within the scope of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

  • Experience of caring for sick patients in a variety of settings
  • Previous experience of speciality
  • Experience of Virtual Wards and/or remote patient monitoring
