Contract Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering multiple projects, including refurbishments, commercial new builds, extensions, and projects up to £5m.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide regular project performance reports, including a full monthly report.
  2. Manage up to multiple site teams, ensuring effective project delivery.
  3. Contribute to tender submissions by providing essential information.
  4. Deliver contracts within agreed contract conditions and timeframes.
  5. Lead Senior Site Managers and their site teams, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and direction.
  6. Offer pre-construction and pre-contract advice to ensure smooth site activities.
Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Excel.
  2. Knowledge of various contract types.
  3. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  4. Detailed Health and Safety knowledge.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Understanding of building materials, components, and building regulations.
  7. SMSTS, Relevant CSCS card, First Aid at Work.
  8. Relevant driving license.
  9. DBS clearance required.
