Achats Contract Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a regional construction company on a permanent basis. As the Contracts Manager, you will oversee and deliver multiple projects with types of works including refurbishments, commercial new build, extensions, and projects up to £5m.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide regular project performance reports, including a comprehensive monthly report.
- Take responsibility for the management of up to multiple site teams.
- Provide information for inclusion within tender submissions.
- Understand and deliver contracts within the agreed contract conditions and timeframes.
- Line management of Senior Site Managers and their site teams, monitoring performance, providing leadership, direction, and guidance.
- Provide pre-construction and pre-contract advice to ensure the smooth running of site activities.
- IT literate, including Microsoft 365 and Excel.
- Knowledge of various types of contracts.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Detailed Health and Safety knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of building, material components, and building regulations.
- SMSTS, Relevant CSCS card, First Aid at Work.
- Relevant driving licence.
- A DBS will be required for this position.
