Support Worker for Children with SEN Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Unqualified Mental Health Assistant - SEMH Needs. This long-term, full-time position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with SEN/SEMH needs.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with class teachers to plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of individual pupils
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN/SEMH needs
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and interventions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
- Demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships with students and staff
- Good organisational and time management skills
