Fujifilm Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Eastern Seaboard region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue and driving market share growth within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve a 10% annual increase in market share.
- Pursue new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide clinical demonstrations and product training to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with the Clinical Sales Specialist to coordinate pre-demonstration processes and ensure successful clinical demonstrations.
- Nurture existing customer relationships through regular communication, product demonstrations, and in-service training.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, plus 3-5 years of field sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays.
