Credit Control Specialist

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a high transaction environment.
You will possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
Your key responsibilities will include sending statements to customers, auditing and managing on-hold accounts, actively resolving credit control issues, monitoring the credit control inbox, and liaising with the bank when necessary.
You will also be required to post recharge invoices to the sales ledger, send them out, produce periodic reports, identify and resolve queries, perform daily banking, and provide cover within the Finance team as needed.
