Grand Care Centre in Lymm, Cheshire seeks an Adult Care Provider to join its team. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality care to residents, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes.
About the Role:- Deliver person-centred care to residents
- Support residents to enjoy a fulfilling quality of life
- Model best practice in care delivery
- Assist residents with all aspects of their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
- Maintain accurate daily records of residents
- Promote effective teamwork and complete tasks delegated efficiently and effectively
- Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of adults in your care
- Able to work full-time contracts
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant is advantageous
- Care certificate or equivalent, or willingness to obtain within the first 12 months of employment
- Demonstrated knowledge of good care practices, particularly in relation to older adult care
- Ongoing training and support for nationally recognised qualifications
- Enhanced pay for bank holidays and overtime
- 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum
- Paid DBS checks
- Uniforms provided
