About the Role

As an Adult Care Worker at Grand Care Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for delivering daily care, supporting residents with their activities of daily living, and contributing to a positive and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, prioritising their individual needs and preferences.
  • Support residents to maintain their independence and promote a good quality of life.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective teamwork and efficient care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a care setting, ideally with a care certificate or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the 6 principles of care and ability to apply them in a residential or nursing setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
